Ben is a Fulltime Realtor and Partner of Kingsway Realty. For over 5 years, he has worked to bring many families to the settlement table with a successful sale of their home or purchase. Ben and his family are lifelong residents of the Lancaster Area. Raised on a produce farm, he has since worked in the family home building business which started 15+ years ago before entering into real estate.

Specializing in new construction sales and helping buyers locate brand new homes and/or design their own.

As a land developer himself, Ben also works as a land development consultant and advisor - and helps clients develop their own properties.

Graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering, Mason City, Iowa.

Served as a Township Supervisor for Providence Township (in Southern Lancaster County from 2002-2008).

Served as Chairman and Member of the Providence Township Agricultural Security Advisory Committee. Ben is familiar with agricultural properties, 1031 exchanges, land preservation, clean and green tax issues and subdivisions.
