Regal Abstract is an independent title agent doing business in Southcentral and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Regal Abstract was formed in 1999 under the direction of Richard C. Weeber, who has 28 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

Edward H. Williams is the operational manager of Regal Abstract and has over 23 years experience in the title and mortgage industry. Mr. Williams oversees a staff of eight employees who handle all aspects of the preparation for your closing. In addition to acting as operational manager, Mr. Williams also conducts a significant number of the closings for Regal’s clients. His experience and demeanor has earned Mr. Williams much recognition throughout his career. Our clients are also privileged to be able to work with Lori Fleckenstein, who also conducts closings for Regal Abstract. Lori has over 31 years experience in the title and mortgage industry.

Lori and Ed are fortunate to have a highly skilled staff behind the scenes.
