Bio

Sarah is a licensed Realtor with the Nolt & Bailey Team at Kingsway Realty.

She is often described as outgoing with a caring, go-getter attitude holding a deep passion for helping anyone in her path. This translates well into her career in real estate, where she is always making sure her clients fully understand the home buying and selling process to ensure their experience is as stress free as possible. 

Sarah's top priority is making herself available to clients at any time and ensuring anyone she works with understands that there are no questions too small, considering that the home buying/selling process is a monumental decision in their lives. She makes sure her clients know that she will be there every step of the way from start to finish. 

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Sarah has since moved to Lancaster County and has resided there for the past 7 years. She now calls Lancaster home and appreciates everything it has to offer, from outdoor activities like hiking in the country, to the close-knit city life, and of course the Lancaster County sunsets.
