A Realtor® since 1994, Wendy began her career with her mother Carol Musser, noted as part of the most productive Real Estate team in Northern Lancaster County. More than two decades later, Wendy continues the legacy her mother started. Today, she is a partner in Kingsway Realty, Lancaster County’s oldest Real Estate company, and serves on the local real estate board. While she has a talented and experienced support network, Wendy’s clients always receive her personal attention and service. She charges no additional brokerage fees and offers professional, polished marketing services to those selling property.  The addition of her husband Travis as a full time Realtor adds to her ability to serve all her customers.

The National Association of Realtors® estimates that in 2019, the median for real estate transactions completed was 12. In 2020 Wendy closed over 95 home transactions!

With the patience and knowledge to offer a soon-to-be new homeowner education and guidance through every stage of the home search and home buying process, Wendy works with mortgage companies on behalf of her clients to assist with financing, helps address credit issues that may arise, and offers guidance through the home inspection and appraisal processes.

No stranger to the busyness of the family years, Wendy is a wife and mother of three grown children. She understands the complexity of juggling your family schedule and working to purchase or sell a home at the same time. Her creativity and dedication are outshone only by her understanding of the small details that make her client’s life more convenient during a home transition.

A Lancaster native and lifelong resident, Wendy has enormous respect and understanding for the Lancaster homeowner who is ready to downsize from their beloved home. Wendy honors her clients’ cherished memories by securing the best value for the special place that generations have lived in and loved.

Wendy is active in her local community through her church where she cooks a monthly meal for seniors and served as a youth leader for 19 years. With a heart for the less fortunate, she has served on short-term missions projects to Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Haiti, West Virginia, Jamaica, and New York.

Wendy has been married to her husband Travis for 28 years. She enjoys doing anything outdoors with her husband and spending time with her adult children and two grandsons!
