Jim loves people and Real Estate. His passion is bringing his life-long, local real estate knowledge and a trustworthy Lancaster Work-Ethic to the table to help seller and buyer clients. This includes selling homes and farms boldly for top dollar (some of the highest prices in various categories on the MLS) through proven technology and uncommon marketing techniques as well as for buyers; locating and purchasing the property of their dreams. Throughout the process Jim’s commitment to communication provides that he personally is nearly always immediately available with a call.  Clients are treated like family and their success, not his own, is always Jim's main objective. 

Jim lives in Lancaster County with his wife Crystal and two children Cooper and Keller. Jim also serves in his church in various capacities, most importantly his long term role as Advisor for various Youth Groups/Classes.
